Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Babaji Matka Bidding Platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

IMPORTANT: By accessing or using Babaji Matka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

To use Babaji Matka, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

You must be a resident of India with a valid government-issued ID.

You must have a valid Indian bank account or UPI ID for transactions.

You must not be prohibited from participating in online auctions under any applicable law.

Your account must not have been previously suspended or terminated by Babaji Matka.

Account Registration

When creating an account on Babaji Matka, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share it with any third party.

Immediately notify us at support@babajimatka.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Complete KYC verification before participating in any live auctions or withdrawing funds.

Note: One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned and funds may be forfeited.

Bidding Rules

All bidding on Babaji Matka is governed by the following rules:

Allowed

  • • Placing bids within your wallet balance
  • • Auto-bidding up to a set maximum
  • • Bidding on multiple auctions simultaneously
  • • Withdrawing non-winning bid amounts

Not Allowed

  • • Bid manipulation or collusion
  • • Using bots or automated scripts
  • • Placing bids without intent to pay
  • • Bidding on your own listed items

All bids placed are binding and irrevocable. You cannot retract a bid after placement.

Sufficient wallet balance is required before placing any bid. Bids exceeding your balance will be rejected.

Auction timers are final. Last-second bids may extend auction time by a brief anti-sniping period.

Babaji Matka reserves the right to cancel or void any auction in case of technical errors or suspected fraud.

Payments & Wallet

All financial transactions on Babaji Matka are governed by these rules:

Deposits

Wallet top-ups are processed instantly via UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit cards. All deposits are non-refundable once used in a bid. Minimum deposit: ₹100. Maximum daily deposit: ₹1,00,000.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days to your verified bank account. Minimum withdrawal: ₹200. A processing fee of 2% applies. KYC must be complete for withdrawals.

Platform Fees

Babaji Matka charges a platform fee of 5–10% on winning bids, clearly displayed before final confirmation. No hidden charges apply.

Taxes

TDS at applicable rates will be deducted on winnings as per Indian Income Tax Act. GST is applicable on platform fees. Users are responsible for their own tax filings.

Winning & Delivery

When you win an auction on Babaji Matka:

You will receive an in-app notification and email confirmation of your win immediately after the auction closes.

Final payment must be completed within 24 hours of winning. Failure to pay forfeits your win and may result in account suspension.

Physical items will be dispatched within 5–7 business days. Digital items/credits are credited instantly.

Delivery timelines depend on the seller and logistics partner. Babaji Matka is not liable for third-party delivery delays.

Items are sold "as described." Inspect auction listings carefully before bidding. Returns are subject to individual auction policies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Babaji Matka and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

Shill bidding (artificially inflating prices using fake accounts)

Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools

Fraudulent payments or chargebacks without valid reason

Impersonating other users, staff, or Babaji Matka representatives

Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items for auction

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards other users

Intellectual Property

All content on Babaji Matka — including the brand name, logo, UI design, auction system, code, graphics, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of Babaji Matka Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent. User-generated content (reviews, profile info) remains owned by the user but grants Babaji Matka a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babaji Matka shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors.

Actions or content of third-party sellers, logistics partners, or payment processors.

Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Babaji Matka in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination

Babaji Matka reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

We detect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.

You fail to complete KYC or provide false documentation.

Your account receives multiple chargebacks or payment disputes.

Upon termination, any pending bids will be cancelled and eligible wallet balance may be refunded after a review period of up to 30 days.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute between you and Babaji Matka:

Informal Resolution

Contact us at support@babajimatka.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 15 business days.

Mediation

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed-upon mediator before legal proceedings.

Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using Babaji Matka, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
